How do I redeem discount codes?

You will be able to add discount codes at checkout once you have agreed to terms and conditions. Unless otherwise stated, all discount codes are limited to one use per order and cannot be combined with any other discounts.


How can I pay for my order?

We use Shopify manage our payments.  You can use all major credit and debit cards to pay for your order.


Where do you ship?

This site delivers to the USA only.  If you want worldwide shipping go to rogerlaborde.com.


What are your delivery charges?

There is a $10-00 charge for shipping anywhere within the USA.


When will I receive my order?

We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours.

Most orders arrive 5-7 working days after dispatch but please allow at least 20 working days to receive your order during the Covid-19 crisis.


Can I arrange for my order to be delivered to a different address from my billing address?

You can enter a separate delivery address during the check out process.  You will be required to enter a valid phone number for each address and these details will be subject to validation.


Can I alter my order once it has been placed?

If we haven't sent it yet, contact us as soon as possible at usorders@rogerlaborde.com and we will amend it for you.  


Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?

If we haven't sent it yet, contact us as soon as possible at usorders@rogerlaborde.com and we will cancel it for you.  If it has been dispatched, please see our return policy below.


How do I know the status of my order?

Once you have placed an order with us you should receive an email confirming we have received it.  Please check your spam if you do not receive this.  We will also send a confirmation email when your order has been dispatched.


How do I return an item?

If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, you can return it within 14 days of the date you placed your order. 

If you are returning it because you have changed your mind, you will to need return it at your own cost. Items must be in their original packaging and condition to receive a refund.

Please email us (usorders@rogerlaborde.com) before you return an item so we can give you a return number. 


What if my item is damaged?

If an item is damaged or faulty, you can return it and we will refund postage and the cost of the item in full. 

If an item has clearly been damaged in transit, we request that you photograph the packaging and the item so that we can take it up with the carrier.

Please call or email us (orders@rogerlaborde.com) before you return an item so we can give you a return number.


I haven't received my order yet, what should I do?

If you have not received your order within 20 working days please contact us at  usorders@rogerlaborde.com and we will resolve the matter as soon as possible.
